You might be wondering whether you’ve come to the right place.

Gestalt psychotherapist

I don’t fix people. I create a space in which they can grow. I work with individuals and couples, in person and online, in Serbian and English.

What is weighing on you most right now?

What are you looking for? What do you need? What’s been difficult for you lately? Or perhaps you feel as though you’re going round in circles, with the same kinds of situations repeating themselves in your life?

These are just some of the questions we can start with.

You don’t need to know where to start. It is enough to feel that you no longer want to be alone with what you’re going through.

If you’re considering psychotherapy and are looking for something more than advice or a quick fix, this can be a space to pause and look together at what matters to you.

Maybe this feels familiar – you feel as though…

…you’ve been running in place for a long time, putting in so much energy and feeling increasingly tired.

…you’re always there for others, but rarely for yourself.

…you can see what’s happening to you but somehow can’t seem to change it.

…somewhere along the way, you’ve lost touch with yourself.

…you’ve been holding everything together for a long time, but it’s becoming more and more exhausting.

…the same situations keep repeating themselves, even though each time you tell yourself that this time will be different.

If you recognise yourself in any of these experiences, Gestalt psychotherapy may help you explore and understand why they keep happening.

Why Gestalt?

In Gestalt psychotherapy, we don’t start by asking, “What’s wrong with you?” We start with a different question: “What’s happening to you?”

Why? Because you come with your own life story, your relationships, your experiences and your own way of living your life.

I believe that when you begin to understand your own experience more clearly – the way you relate to others and what truly matters to you – you can begin to find a way towards change that makes sense for you.

You don’t need to know much about Gestalt psychotherapy before coming for the first conversation. It is enough to feel that this way of thinking and working feels right for you.

If you recognise yourself in any of this

The first conversation is the most important step – you are welcome here.
